Please note that pricing may vary at the point of reservation depending on a number of factors, such as day of the week, number of nights, number of people staying, and season.

Standard house rules apply and include being respectful of the property and neighbours, being tidy and minding noise levels outside of social hours. No parties are allowed. No noise between 11pm and 9am.

Please note that this is a residential area and we take the comfort of our long-term neighbours extremely seriously. Our neighbours are very sensitive to noise made by our guests.

Only the person who have been taken account for upon booking are allowed to stay at and access the property. Not complying with these terms and conditions will result in the full or partial loss of the security deposit.

A security deposit is required upon arrival for incidentals, and is released subject to a damage inspection of accommodation.
The security deposit may be kept for violation of house rules or damage to the property.

The security deposit is kept in the form of a pre-authorisation of funds on your card, as opposed to a charge. Please note that it can take up to 10 working days for the deposit to reach your bank following release of the funds.

Booking

The Guest placing the booking must be over 23 years of age on the check-in date. Upon booking, the full names, email addresses, telephone numbers and dates of birth of all the guests staying must be supplied to the Agent.

Guests may check in any time after 3pm on the day of arrival and may check out any time before 11am on the day of departure.
Guests wishing to check-out after 11am without arranging later check-out in advance will be subjected to an additional fee of £40.00 per hour for every hour or pro rata for part of an hour.

If a late check-out is approved by Peymans at the time of booking, the cost will be £20.00 an hour. Check-ins before 3pm and after 8pm are also charged at £30.00.

Payment is made by a secure online link. The property will contact you after booking with the link and time frame of making the payment.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
The property will contact guests with a contract prior to arrival. Guests are required to complete the contract and send it back to the property at least 24 hours after booking.

Check in times for last minute bookings will most likely have a one hour lead time post payment processing and timing is subject to availability.

Cleaning Fee

If the booking exceeds 7 nights, a full clean will be provided free of charge. If more frequent changes are required, cleans are charged at £50.00 per 2-hour clean.

    Lovely apartment - would recommend and will stay again! Really modern spacious apartment with everything we needed. Heaters in each room and well-equipped kitchen. Location was ideal, we parked the car up when we arrived and didn't use it until we went home. Beds were super comfy, only grumble was the sofa in the lounge which wasn't particularly comfortable Sofa bed in the lounge wasn't very comfortable when used as a sofa

    Very nice place... Well-appointed and clean. Only negative is the kitchen is very small. I had to stand in the corridor when using the hot plate, and you have to move the bin into the corridor to open the fridge. If you don't intend to cook much it's a great location and very comfortable. I'd stay again.

    The location is absolutely ideal! You are standing outside Shakespeare's house after a mere 2-minute walk! And everything else is right on your doorstep- yet the apartment is somehow tucked away & feels secluded, safe and private! Perfect for exploring, as you can nip back and forth as easy as anything as it’s so close. The apartment is very clean, warm and easy to get in and out! Collecting keys was easy and all the info was emailed to me- very straightforward. Comfy bed and has a washing machine too! Recommendations: -The butterfly farm is brilliant! -Boston Tea Party for brekkie/brunch is literally around the corner from the apartment -also recommend looking into the local pubs too as they had some live music on when we visited which was great! -There is also a cat cafe- Shakespaws
