A conversion of an end-of-terrace house into two flats, Saint Luke’s Apartments offer a comfortable and affordable setting for anyone visiting Oxford for a few days or an extended stay of a few weeks. Each flats has its own kitchen and bathroom and can sleep up to 4 people, with the bed being configurable as a king size bed or two single beds. Two people can sleep on a high quality sofa bed with a sprung mattress. The flats can be linked internally and used as an entire house for 8 sleepers. The kitchens are fully equipped with an oven, microwave, a Nespresso machine, along with all of the necessary cutlery and utensils. The living area comes with a flat-screen TV, sofa and dining table. There is ample off-street parking on the roads surrounding the apartments.
In the heart of Cowley and within close proximity to the Oxford Business Park, the apartments are served by bus lines 1, 5, 10, 12, 16 and Brooke’s Buses U5 and U5X for easy access into the city centre, with buses running up to every 4 minutes, with a total journey time of half an hour. Some of these buses also run towards Headington, making most of town easily accessible from these well connected flats.

Please note that pricing may vary at the point of reservation depending on a number of factors, such as day of the week, number of nights, number of people staying, and season.
Standard house rules apply and include being respectful of the property and neighbours, being tidy and minding noise levels outside of social hours. No parties are allowed. No noise between 11pm and 9am.
Please note that this is a residential area and we take the comfort of our long-term neighbours extremely seriously. Our neighbours are very sensitive to noise made by our guests.
Only the person who have been taken account for upon booking are allowed to stay at and access the property. Not complying with these terms and conditions will result in the full or partial loss of the security deposit.
A security deposit is required upon arrival for incidentals, and is released subject to a damage inspection of accommodation.
The security deposit may be kept for violation of house rules or damage to the property.
The security deposit is kept in the form of a pre-authorisation of funds on your card, as opposed to a charge. Please note that it can take up to 10 working days for the deposit to reach your bank following release of the funds.

The Guest placing the booking must be over 23 years of age on the check-in date. Upon booking, the full names, email addresses, telephone numbers and dates of birth of all the guests staying must be supplied to the Agent.
Guests may check in any time after 3pm on the day of arrival and may check out any time before 11am on the day of departure.
Guests wishing to check-out after 11am without arranging later check-out in advance will be subjected to an additional fee of £40.00 per hour for every hour or pro rata for part of an hour.
If a late check-out is approved by Peymans at the time of booking, the cost will be £20.00 an hour. Check-ins before 3pm and after 8pm are also charged at £30.00.
Check in times for last minute bookings will most likely have a one hour lead time post payment processing and timing is subject to availability.
If the booking exceeds 7 nights, a full clean will be provided free of charge. If more frequent changes are required, cleans are charged at £50.00 per 2-hour clean.
