We set a minimum age requirement of 23 years for the lead guest. We ask guests to minimise noise between 11 pm and 9 am and keep a deposit in case house rules are not followed or damage is caused.

  • We Represent Your Property

We take care of advertising and promoting your property. This includes photography of the property and creating detailed descriptions.

  • Top Advertising 

Your property is advertised on our high-traffic website (which we don’t charge any extra commissions from) as well as popular booking sites such as Airbnb and 

  • Fully Managed Booking Process

We manage the entire booking and letting process. This begins with receiving the online booking, through meeting the new tenant at the property upon their arrival, to ensuring the property is prepared for the next tenant. 

  • We Handel all the Finances

We take care of booking fees, customer deposits and any damage charges.

  • Collect Your Income 

At the end of each month, we produce a detailed breakdown of the income per night and send this to you together with the payment for the month by the 10th of the following month. Profit generated post-booking fees and commission are passed directly to you, without needing to lift a finger! 

  • Sit Back and RELAX!
