In the heart of Cowley and within close proximity to the Oxford Business Park, the apartments are served by bus lines 1, 5, 10, 12, 16 and Brooke’s Buses U5 and U5X for easy access into the city centre, with buses running up to every 4 minutes, with a total journey time of half an hour. Some of these buses also run towards Headington, making most of the town easily accessible from these well-connected flats.

Boasting four modern and luxury flats, Saint Luke’s Apartments offers a comfortable and affordable setting for anyone visiting Oxford for a few days or an extended stay of a few weeks. There are two fully-equipped one bedroom flats, each with its own kitchen and bathroom and sleeping up to 4 people, with the bed being configurable as a king-size bed or two single beds. Two people can sleep on a high-quality sofa bed with a sprung mattress. The two remaining flats come as two separate studios with the maximum occupancy of 4. One of the studios offers a king bed and two single beds (configurable into a king), while the other is arranged with 2 single beds and a double pull-out sofa bed. No matter what, the kitchens are fully equipped with an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso machine, along with all of the necessary cutlery and utensils. The living area comes with a flat-screen TV, sofa and dining table. There is ample off-street parking on the roads surrounding the apartments.

Located just minutes away from Oxford Business Park, Saint Luke’s Apartments are ideal for corporate guests. Families visiting the city for sightseeing will also enjoy staying here as the University of Oxford, its departments and colleges are accessible both by car and public transport, and Oxford Brookes’ University has a direct bus connection to a nearby bus stop.

 

The Templars Square Shopping Centre - featuring a Post Office, a few banks, a Gym & Spa and dozens of other stores, cafés and restaurants - is just moments away. Cowley Library is located down the road from the flats, and a stone’s throw away one can find the Oxford Golf Club and the Oxford Spires Academy.

Please note that pricing may vary at the point of reservation depending on a number of factors, such as day of the week, number of nights, number of people staying, and season.

Standard house rules apply and include being respectful of the property and neighbours, being tidy and minding noise levels outside of social hours. No parties are allowed. No noise between 11pm and 9am.

Please note that this is a residential area and we take the comfort of our long-term neighbours extremely seriously. Our neighbours are very sensitive to noise made by our guests.

Only the person who have been taken account for upon booking are allowed to stay at and access the property. Not complying with these terms and conditions will result in the full or partial loss of the security deposit.

A security deposit is required upon arrival for incidentals, and is released subject to a damage inspection of accommodation.
The security deposit may be kept for violation of house rules or damage to the property.

The security deposit is kept in the form of a pre-authorisation of funds on your card, as opposed to a charge. Please note that it can take up to 10 working days for the deposit to reach your bank following release of the funds.

Booking

The Guest placing the booking must be over 23 years of age on the check-in date. Upon booking, the full names, email addresses, telephone numbers and dates of birth of all the guests staying must be supplied to the Agent.

Guests may check in any time after 3pm on the day of arrival and may check out any time before 11am on the day of departure.
Guests wishing to check-out after 11am without arranging later check-out in advance will be subjected to an additional fee of £40.00 per hour for every hour or pro rata for part of an hour.

If a late check-out is approved by Peymans at the time of booking, the cost will be £20.00 an hour. Check-ins before 3pm and after 8pm are also charged at £30.00.

Payment is made by a secure online link. The property will contact you after booking with the link and time frame of making the payment.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
The property will contact guests with a contract prior to arrival. Guests are required to complete the contract and send it back to the property at least 24 hours after booking.

Check in times for last minute bookings will most likely have a one hour lead time post payment processing and timing is subject to availability.

Cleaning Fee

If the booking exceeds 7 nights, a full clean will be provided free of charge. If more frequent changes are required, cleans are charged at £50.00 per 2-hour clean.

    Functional and clean (newly renovated) place, but tight space for a family of 4 The beds were very comfortable. It just felt so cramped with all the beds taking up one room. It was just very tight on space.
