Located in the heart of Cambridge, the Norwich Street Apartments are ideal for guests working in the city centre or for tourists wishing to explore everything Cambridge has to offer. The apartments are located on a quiet residential street, set back from the noise and traffic yet just a 15-minute stroll from the bustling city centre. 

 

The eight Norwich Street Apartments are found within two converted Victorian townhouses which have been recently renovated with new laminate flooring and furniture for a more modern, clean and homely experience. Apartments are available to comfortably accommodate two guests, with each boasting a large bedroom which is well-lit, modern and features a double bed. In addition, some apartments offer a pull-out sofa bed to sleep a further 2 guests. The bathrooms are clean and functional, including both a bath and shower with all essentials made readily available. The kitchen is fully equipped including an oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all of the necessary cutlery and utensils. The living area is spacious and comes with a flat-screen TV, work desk and dining table as standard.Please note, there is one apartment with wheelchair access, however, the remaining apartments are only accessible via stairs. There are two parking spaces available for the property - these are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. 

 

Located just a mile from Cambridge city centre and the famous Cambridge University, the Norwich Street Apartments are ideal for guests on business trips, sightseeing breaks or university visits.  There are a number of bars and restaurants within the immediate vicinity and a Tesco Express, Domino's Pizza and HSBC Bank all within a 5-minute walk.  

 

The stunning Cambridge University Botanic Gardens are just around the corner, a must-see for any visitors to the area. The property is just a 10-minute walk from Cambridge Railway Station and Cambridge Leisure Park.

Please note that pricing may vary at the point of reservation depending on a number of factors, such as day of the week, number of nights, number of people staying, and season.

Standard house rules apply and include being respectful of the property and neighbours, being tidy and minding noise levels outside of social hours. No parties are allowed. No noise between 11pm and 9am.

Please note that this is a residential area and we take the comfort of our long-term neighbours extremely seriously. Our neighbours are very sensitive to noise made by our guests.

Only the person who have been taken account for upon booking are allowed to stay at and access the property. Not complying with these terms and conditions will result in the full or partial loss of the security deposit.

A security deposit is required upon arrival for incidentals, and is released subject to a damage inspection of accommodation.
The security deposit may be kept for violation of house rules or damage to the property.

The security deposit is kept in the form of a pre-authorisation of funds on your card, as opposed to a charge. Please note that it can take up to 10 working days for the deposit to reach your bank following release of the funds.

Booking

The Guest placing the booking must be over 23 years of age on the check-in date. Upon booking, the full names, email addresses, telephone numbers and dates of birth of all the guests staying must be supplied to the Agent.

Guests may check in any time after 3pm on the day of arrival and may check out any time before 11am on the day of departure.
Guests wishing to check-out after 11am without arranging later check-out in advance will be subjected to an additional fee of £40.00 per hour for every hour or pro rata for part of an hour.

If a late check-out is approved by Peymans at the time of booking, the cost will be £20.00 an hour. Check-ins before 3pm and after 8pm are also charged at £30.00.

Payment is made by a secure online link. The property will contact you after booking with the link and time frame of making the payment.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
The property will contact guests with a contract prior to arrival. Guests are required to complete the contract and send it back to the property at least 24 hours after booking.

Check in times for last minute bookings will most likely have a one hour lead time post payment processing and timing is subject to availability.

Cleaning Fee

If the booking exceeds 7 nights, a full clean will be provided free of charge. If more frequent changes are required, cleans are charged at £50.00 per 2-hour clean.

    Great location and spacious flat. Ground floor flats have windows which open wide so perhaps not suitable for women travelling alone. Very good kitchen facilities. Looking a bit tired but clean and well-equipped.

    Good location. Price of accommodation reasonable for 4 for 2 nights. One disappointing aspect of our stay occurred when dealing with peymans before our stay. Had stated in initial booking might need to avail of parking but when I went to confirm it I was told no parking space was available for that date! So parking became an additional expense during our stay. Also in the initial booking I had asked if we could have an air bed as our kids were 14&16 boy/girl but peymans said it wasn’t necessary stating the beds were big enough for them to share. They weren’t.

    This first floor apartment is really nice, very well equipped with all you could possible need. Nicely decorated, clean and tidy. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious, plus living and dining area are very comfortable. We could relax on the comfy sofa with a glass of wine after a long day out visiting Cambridge. It has lots of restaurants and supermarkets all within walking distance, equally to walk to the centre city. Plus if needed public bus transport is close by, and the train station is within walking distance.

    Cleanliness, location, and quietness. Also the living room had a lot of natural light, and the kitchen was well equipped. Maintenance. The place had issues like several lightbulbs out, and needs some painting and treatment of the stains of damp.
