Being a check-in person is a fun, dynamic and social role that requires plenty of energy and enthusiasm. At its core, the essence of a check-in involves meeting and greeting a guest at the property where they are due to stay, showing them into the property, introducing them to what the property has to offer and ensuring they are happy. Being a check-in person also means that you carry certain responsibilities for the comfort and convenience of the guest’s stay, as well as for their safety and the security of the property. This means making sure the guests know where the fire safety and first aid kits are located, who to contact in case of an emergency, that they understand the house rules fully, and that they are aware of the check-out procedure. If you believe that you have what it takes to be a check-in person, or you would simply like to try something new and challenge yourself, then we would love to meet you.
House Keeping Staff
We are looking for 5-star quality skills, commitment and high attention to detail. Typical working hours for this role are between 11:00 and 15:00. For more details and applications, please email directly to email@example.com.
